About 35 years ago, Kazu was traveling around Europe on a bicycle and heard about New York City. He flew from London to NYC and instantly fell in love with the city. Like NYC, Kazu wanted to make a sauce that everyone loved. This unique combination of stir fry and bbq sauce is a sauce that everyone can enjoy! The medium sweet flavor is great in stir fry, grilling, and on barbecued meats. It can be used as a mother sauce. It's great mixed with jams, marmalade, and figs to sweeten up the sauce for shrimp and spare ribs.
